At Shreevastra, we work hard to deliver your beautiful ethnic wear as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the complete details of our shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery timelines (all within India only).

Important Information

1. Free Shipping (Standard) → Completely FREE for all prepaid orders → Delivery within 7–10 working days from the date of dispatch

2. Express Shipping → Additional flat charge of ₹200 (added at checkout) → Faster delivery – usually within 3–5 working days → Delivery time may vary depending on your pincode and courier service availability

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) → Extra charge of ₹100 will be added to your order total → Amount to be paid in cash only at the time of delivery → COD service is available only on select pincodes (you will see the option at checkout if serviceable)

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days (excluding Sundays & public holidays)
You will receive a dispatch notification along with tracking details via email & SMS (where available)

Delivery Timelines – What to Expect

The above timelines are estimated and start from the date of dispatch
Delivery might take longer during:
- Festive seasons (Diwali, Wedding season, Rakhi, etc.)
- Extreme weather conditions
- Unforeseen public holidays
- Remote / difficult-to-reach locations

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website or through the link sent to you.
