Damaged or Defective Item

If your item arrives with torn fabric, broken stitching, or a manufacturing defect not shown in our product photos — we will replace it, no questions asked. Just share your unboxing video and we'll handle everything.

Wrong Item Delivered

If you received a different product, size, colour, or design from what you ordered — this is entirely our responsibility and we will resolve it immediately at our cost, including return shipping.

Significant Quality Issue

If a genuine manufacturing defect is found beyond normal transit — embroidery coming undone, major colour inconsistency across the set, or structural fabric issues — we stand behind our quality and will make it right.

We Are Unable to Accept Returns For

To keep our prices fair and protect the quality of handcrafted ethnic wear for all customers, the following cannot be accepted:

Change of mind after ordering or after delivery

Incorrect size selected by the customer at checkout

Minor colour variations due to screen display settings — natural in ethnic wear

Worn, washed, altered or used items

Custom-stitched or made-to-measure garments

Sale or final-sale items marked at checkout

Accessories or jewellery — hygienic products only

Items without unboxing video — required for all claims

All replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery as confirmed by courier tracking. We are unable to process requests raised after this window — so please inspect your order and record your unboxing video at the time of opening.
